Mandates

 Over to the NYRB, Ronald Dworkin makes what seems to me to be an air-tight case for the constitutionality of the ACA.

  1. Legally ACA is sound but I have my doubts about the conservative members of the court, hopefully at least one of the republican appointees still has some respect for the law

  2. This is all true enough but whatDworkin does is make an iron clad case that the only way they can overturn is to engage in partisan hackery and provides an already existing limiting principle for Kennedy.
